The Concerned Authorities, Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Pariyojana (PMBJP) Subject: Request for Reconsideration of Rejected PMBJK Application No. 5213YV23 – Verification of Existing Kendra Location Respected Sir/Madam, I wish to bring to your kind attention the rejection of my application to establish a Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Kendra (PMBJK), bearing Application No. 5213YV23, on the grounds that an existing Janaushadhi Kendra is operating in the vicinity of my proposed shop. However, the nearby premises previously used as a Janaushadhi Kendra have reportedly been converted into a fancy store. It appears that the existing centre’s registration or licence may still be active in the official records, resulting in the rejection of my application. Proposed Shop Address: 124/5, Rajendra Complex, Rajendra Nagar Extension, Mariyamman Koil Street, Narasimhanayakan Palayam, Coimbatore. I am enclosing a photograph of the premises in support of my request. I humbly request the concerned authorities to inspect and verify the actual operational status and registered location of the existing Janaushadhi Kendra and review my application in accordance with the applicable guidelines. I kindly request your intervention to correct any outdated records, if applicable, and reconsider my application so that I may establish the Kendra and help the public access affordable generic medicines.
